Current Occupational Therapy Team Structure 1 OTR currently working 1 day per week2 COTAs on staffGrowing caseload creating supervision demandStrong referral pipeline with waiting lists in the community This new hire will play an important role in helping expand the clinics OT services and support the growing patient population. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, emotional, and social functioning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for daily living. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical standards. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to provide the highest quality of care. Provide support in various environments including home health settings, schools, inpatient facilities, and outpatient clinics.
