The position plays a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and maintains a professional environment.To learn more, click here: www.davisassocindy.comWhat You’ll Do: Support and coordinate front‑office operations to maintain a professional image, including managing incoming calls, mail, and deliveriesMaintain and organize administrative, contract, subcontract, and agreement filesAssist with accounting and payroll activities, including serving as payroll backup in the Office Manager’s absenceEnsure timely and accurate data entry in financial and payroll systemsSupport maintenance of entity reports, contractor licenses, certifications, and pre‑qualification documentationManage and maintain front‑office filing systems and recordsProvide general administrative support and assist with special projects as directed by the President and Office ManagerTake ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities to add valueWhat You’ll Need:Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in an office or administrative environmentExperience supporting accounting and payroll processesPrior experience within construction management or general contracting environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with construction management or general contracting operationsWorking knowledge of accounting and payroll processes, including payroll taxesExperience working with labor unions preferred
