SummaryPOSITION SUMMARY The Stadium Manager will serve as the Contractor Lead, overseeing all operational activities at the stadium during the match period. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing event operations in support of all business units, ensuring seamless integration with stadium and event stakeholders. The Stadium Manager will build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners, stadium operations, security teams, and local and federal law enforcement—to ensure efficient communication, alignment, and execution of all event-related activities.PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION (Only for CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, NY, WA, MN)$50 per hour to $60 per hourResponsibilitiesAct as the primary on-site lead for all operations during sporting events.Coordinate operational activities across all business units at and around the stadiumDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, stadium management, security personnel, and law enforcement agenciesEnsure alignment between operational needs and stadium/event protocolsFacilitate communication between internal teams and external partnersIdentify and resolve operational challenges in real timeSupport planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up activitiesEnsure compliance with all venues, safety, and security requirements Supervise and direct front-line staff (security, ushers, access control personnel)QualificationsUS Citizen with a social security cardHigh School Diploma or GED21 years of ageValid US Passport2-5+ yearsin security, event operations, venue staff supervision, or crowd managementExperience working at large venues (sports stadiums, arenas, concerts.Prior experience supervising teams (security officers, ushers, or event staff)Able to read, write and speak English fluently and comprise detailed written and typed reportsAble to pass a background check and drug screeningAble to stand or walk the duration of shift with little time or access to chairs or rest areas, can sprint or run for short durationsAble to climb stairs and traverse uneven terrainAble to use force of 200lbs or more as needed Able to intervene and use verbal or physical force as appropriate to the situationBe exposed to harsh environments, weather, heat/cold, direct sun, excessive loud noises, electrical equipment, large crowds in proximity, heavy machinery, heavy traffic, 24/7 availability and able to work long hours/shifts in austere environments indoors and outdoorsFamiliar with report writing, word, excel, emails, phone communication, setting and creating travel itinerariesExceptional verbal, written and electronic communicationAbility to follow strict guidelines, timelines, itineraries, safety measures, SOPs Ability to think critically and operationally to ensure protection of their teamHave own appropriate uniform and footwear Temporary 6-week positionBenefitsConstellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
