MBR Modeler

We are looking for a MBR Modeler to support a global healthcare client in a hybrid role based in Swiftwater, PA . The selected candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including software testing, workflow design, documentation, and modeling. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must demonstrate an ability to understand and apply software solutions Must demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot complex problems Must be able to successfully work independently and within teams Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field demonstrating logical, critical thinking such as Engineering, Math, Finance, Economics, Science – or equivalent work experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Business solutions Work Experience: 2-3 years in a software configuration or development role such as master data management, web development, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Other relevant work experience could include project management, spreadsheet development, or software testing. Direct experience with process modeling in any MES system (Werum PASX, Emerson Syncade, Siemens OpCenter, EIS OpsTrakker, etc.) is highly beneficial but not required. Software Experience: Modelers should demonstrate a command of Microsoft Office tools of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Experience in any modern programming language (JavaScript, Python, VBScript, etc.) or HTML coding is beneficial, but not mandatory. Modelers should be comfortable with web browsers and iPad-based native applications.
