Quality Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY&#13;The Quality Supervisor is responsible for supporting and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly quality inspections, testing, and procedures. This role ensures that all products and services meet established quality standards. The Quality Supervisor documents and evaluates inspection results by maintaining accurate reports and logs, and serves as a key point of contact for communicating critical quality issues across departments. This position works closely with management to report findings, provide analysis, and recommend corrective actions to support continuous improvemen.&#13;&#13;REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICA</p>TONS&#13;&#13;• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field is prefrred.&#13;• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a egree.&#13;• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven deisions.&#13;• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or quality envronment.&#13;• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate acrss teams.&#13;• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Exce and Word.&#13;• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement mehodologies.&#13;• Experience implementing and maintaining a Quality Management ystem (QMS).&#13;• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Prctices (GMP).&#13;• Knowledge of safety regulations and complianc requirements.&#13;• Experience with performance management and tam development.&#13;• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintainin high standards.&#13;• Strong organizational skills and exceptional atention to detail.&#13;• Bilingual (English/panish) is a plus.&#13;• Quality-related certifiations are a plus. &#13;&#13;FUNCTION AND RESPONSABILITIES&#13;&#13;• Lead and conduct regular audits of production lines and departments to ensure compliance with company quality standards and egulatory requirements.&#13;• Verify that plant audit procedures are effectively executed and that assigned inspection schedules areconsistently maintained.&#13;• Develop, update, and maintain all quality documentation, including SOPs, product specifications, and inspection records, to support audits and continuou improvement initiatives.&#13;• Identify potential workplace hazards and partner with leadership to implement corrective actions that promote safe working environment.&#13;• Ensure compliance with all established quality, safety, and environmenal policies and procedures.&#13;• Oversee the proper use, calibration, and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment, cordinating repairs as needed.&#13;• Monitor production processes to ensure products consistently meet defined qualitystandards and specifications.&#13;• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports to identify trends, drive decision-making, and suport operational improvements.&#13;• Support production timelines by ensuring quality processes align with delivery scheduleswithout compromising standards.&#13;• Drive proactive quality improvements by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify root causes and implemet corrective/preventive actions.&#13;• Track products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and dherence to process requirements.&#13;• Perform and oversee detailed final product inspections to ensure compliance with company customer, and industry standards.&#13;• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and management teams to promote a culture ofquality and continuous improvemen
