This role focuses on implementing effective media strategies through careful planning, consumer research, and performance measurement. You'll conduct research to support data-driven recommendations and present insights to key stakeholders. This position offers opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in support of creative development, measurement, and strategy. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented professionals looking to collaborate in the dynamic world of media planning.While the engagement is structured as a contract position with an initial length estimated at three months, the team may evaluate the potential for extension or full-time status in the future based on business needs and performance.Responsibilities:Support the implementation of directors for assigned clients, contributing to full-funnel marketing campaignsDraft and manage RFPs for media vendors, compile responses, evaluate proposals, and make informed recommendations to clients and internal teamsAssist in managing client relationships through regular communication, status updates, and addressing day-to-day questions and concernsHelp develop quarterly and annual media plans informed by consumer insights and researchCollaborate effectively with cross-functional team to ensure integrated campaign deliveryUtilize Elevate's proprietary tool EPIC along with third party tools such as MRI Simmons, SEMrush, and Nielsen to gather insights and optimize campaignsLearn and apply basic measurement methodologies to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizationsIdentify potential client issues proactively and escalate appropriately with proposed solutionsStay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy recommendationsParticipate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative approaches for client challengesSupport budget tracking, campaign pacing, and performance reportingDemonstrate enthusiasm for learning advanced media planning techniques and measurement frameworksContribute to a collaborative team environment while developing specialized expertise in key channelsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or related digital marketing rolesExperience working at media agencies, publishers, or ad tech vendors preferredDemonstrated knowledge of digital channelsFamiliarity with media research tools and consumer insights platformsSolid understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimization techniquesStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesCollaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionallyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointHourly Contract Rate Commensurate with Experience:$33.65/hr - $43.27/hrThis position is open to all qualified candidates.
