Technical Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities Manages technical operations program delivery Runs new product and solution launch programs, including beta, early-customer, and operational readiness efforts Manages stakeholder relationships Drives alignment when teams have competing priorities Escalates risks and decisions to executive stakeholders with clear data Maintains program documentation and status visibility Requirements First level university degree 5+ years in program or project management roles, or in like roles and businesses or relevant experience In-depth understanding of operational policies, processes, and methodologies that apply to program management Reads technical context well enough to coordinate engineering, services, and product teams without being the technical owner Builds and maintains program status reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility Writes clear executive communication, including status updates, escalations, and decision briefs J-18808-Ljbffr
