The company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and has fostered a dynamic and rewarding culture.The Safety Auditor / Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) Evaluator supports the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS) by conducting internal safety audits, evaluations, and safety investigations. This role is focused on hands-on evaluation and audit execution, identification of hazards and non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions to promote regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement. The role is based at Airshare’s Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site; not remote or hybrid).Essential DutiesConduct scheduled and ad hoc Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) evaluations and safety audits across operational areasPerform in-briefs and out-briefs with department leadership regarding audit scope and resultsConduct observations, interviews, and documentation reviews to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal standardsIdentify, document, and record audit findings, non-conformances, and safety concerns.
