Job Description Our organization is a large multispecialty group practice with over 650 providers, currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician who is dedicated to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care within an Urgent Care (UC) environment. The clinical responsibilities will encompass the management of acute illnesses and injuries, conducting sports physicals, and addressing acute occupational medicine concerns, among other duties.Moreover, this role offers the physician the chance to take on leadership responsibilities and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the Urgent Care setting.The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for health-related issues and demonstrate strong skills in comprehensive assessments, clinical expertise, problem-solving, and leadership. Engagement in clinic operations and support for a team of committed providers and colleagues is essential. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including 12-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, totaling 40 hours per pay period.
