Outside Sales Representative

DescriptionWe are hiring a high-performing Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to meet homeowners face-to-face, evaluate properties, negotiate win-win solutions, and secure signed purchase agreements .We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to engage directly with homeowners. This role involves in-person property evaluation, skillful negotiation to establish mutually beneficial agreements, and the successful execution of signed purchase contracts.This role is 100% remote, but applicants must permanently reside within daily commuting distance of Boise, ID.You are a proven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.You know how to build rapport quickly, control a conversation, and qualify motivated prospects in-person and over the phone.You focus on meeting homeowners, solving problems, and closing contracts.We provide all leads. No cold calling. No door knocking.
