This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant utility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include:Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systemsMaintaining plant utilities including water, air, steam, and cooling systemsInspecting and repairing pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and production equipmentPerforming preventive maintenance and completing work orders in the maintenance systemReading and interpreting schematics, P&IDs, and equipment drawingsSupporting root cause analysis and equipment improvementsRequirements include:Industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work with motors, gearboxes, pumps, and plant utilitiesComfortable using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance softwareAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environmentPreferred technical degree or training in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical/Electrical TechnologyExperience with SAP or CMMS maintenance systemsJoin a team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a modern manufacturing environment.
