DescriptionYou're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.In this role, you'll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. You'll help organizations in times of change whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology or a combination of these. You will:Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer's business goals, processes, operations, and expectationsDevelop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projectsDevelop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team membersConduct quality management oversight of project deliverablesDevelop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customersActively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referralsEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in life sciences or businessExtensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry roleExperience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consultingEngagement management experienceStrong presentation and business development skillsDesired Requirements:Master's degree in life sciences or businessThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $135,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
