Senior Generative AI Python Developer

Job Description:Ask Sage, the leading provider of secure and extensible multi-modal generative AI platforms, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer. This critical role involves developing and maintaining Generative AI Agents and plugins using Python and Ask Sage to extend its capabilities and features. The ideal candidate will have strong prompt engineering skills, a deep understanding of Generative AI stacks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc., and a robust security background to ensure code is secure by default. Experience with Generative AI frameworks and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is appreciated.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI Agents and plugins using Python and related frameworks.Build innovative Generative AI features to help Ask Sage customers automate tasks and processes.Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on security and data privacy.Develop agents and plugins to automate complex tasks and bring complex automation.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Python development, Generative AI, and RPA.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI solutions into existing systems.Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Python Developer.Experience building microservices and Generative AI solutions.Strong prompt engineering skills.Experience in building secure code with a strong understanding of security best practices (e.g., XSS, SQL injections).At least 6 months of experience with Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently.U.S. citizenship is required, as this role will require obtaining a Department of Defense Secret clearance.Screening Criteria:Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted, including verification of employment history, education credentials, and any criminal records.
