Fish Processing Technician

Primary duties will include setting up and operating machines to clean, cut, process and package fish products. Cutting, cleaning and trimming fish, separating fillets, scrap parts and pin bones, etc. This position requires standing for long periods of time and the use of machinery and/or using hand tools.
