Projects are complex, long-term in nature (typically over 2 years), and often exceed $100 million in value. This role involves comprehensive oversight from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members
