Job Title5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, ideally with progression5+ into senior/lead rolesHands-on experience tuning, fine-tuning, or adapting LLMs and transformer-based modelsStrong experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworksExperience deploying ML models in production environments (cloud or hybrid)Advanced Python expertise (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, transformers, etc.)Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including embeddings and text dataFamiliarity with MLOps concepts (ML pipelines, version control, containerization, model monitoring)
