Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to all arriving and departing guests at the Bell Desk and in Valet. Must have excellent communication skills, value teamwork and meet the minimum driving requirements of Caesar's Entertainment.Key Job Functions Efficiently deliver or retrieve guest and group luggage to and from guest rooms. Able to load and load guest luggage from vehicles. Driving, parking and retrieving guest and company vehicles. Provide directions to local attractions. Ability to work in an upbeat and energetic manner, throughout the entirety of their shift. Ability to run necessary LMS reports for group manifests, newspaper delivery and other department related needs.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Driver’s LicensePHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 70 lbs. Push and pull up to 300 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Run. Maneuver in confined spaces. Accurate Money/chip handling. Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Able to work in a dusty environment. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold). Understand, read, write and speak English.
