Job Full DescriptionPowder CoaterWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and coating metal parts and products using powder coating equipment and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish.Responsibilities:Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting partsApply powder coating evenly using spray equipmentLoad and unload parts onto racks or conveyor systemsOperate curing ovens and monitor bake times/temperaturesInspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defectsMaintain powder coating equipment and work areaFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsAssist with general shop duties as neededRequirements:Previous powder coating, paint, or industrial finishing experience preferredAbility to work in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shiftComfortable using hand tools and spray equipmentPryor (Tulsa Metro), OK 1921 3822 West 530 Road Suite A Pryor, OK 74361
