Urology Physician

Join Our Dynamic Urology Team as a Locum Physician in Silverdale, WA Are you a dedicated Urologist seeking flexible, high-impact locum opportunities in a busy and rewarding clinical environment? We are currently seeking a qualified and collegial Locum - Physician - Urology to provide top-quality care at our esteemed facility in Silverdale, WA. This role offers an excellent chance to serve a diverse patient population, utilize advanced technology including robotic surgical options, and work within a supportive team committed to excellence. In this position, you will manage general urology cases in both clinic and call settings, perform routine procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURPs, and bladder scans, and handle inpatient rounding. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, managing an average of 20-25 patients daily, with a surgical volume of 20-30 cases per month, utilizing Epic EMR and working alongside a dedicated team of nurses, MAs, schedulers, and support staff. The role involves participation in diverse procedures, including robot-assisted surgeries, with flexible on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring continuous patient care. This position is ideal for a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Urologist with strong clinical skills, excellent patient interaction, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. Candidates should possess BLS and DEA certifications, be comfortable with rapid-paced work, and willing to work a minimum of three months, with ongoing availability. Preferred skills include experience with robotic-assisted procedures, excellent teamwork, and adaptability to a dynamic environment. A background in general urology, with competence in the procedures listed, will enhance your candidacy. Other requirements include a credentialing process typically completed within three months, valid medical licenses, and willingness to work weekend and on-call shifts as scheduled. Travel preferences include local lodging and travel arrangements, with a clear indication of your starting location. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $450-$500, with comprehensive pay packages that include malpractice coverage, orientation stipends, holiday pay, night and holiday call compensation, and other reimbursements as applicable.
