This role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple job sites and crews in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Coordinating WorkflowQuality ControlFiguring job site qualities & tracking daily productionWorking directly with owners or contractors to ensure all soil stabilization performance standards are metTravel is required for this position and may be extensiveWorking on 3-5 different jobs per weekManaging a crew of 6-10 people on projects ranging from small commercial to heavy highwayQualificationsAbility to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications.Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing field teams and operations.Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting tools.Ability to professionally represent the company with clients, engineers, contractors, and team members.
