Maintenance Leader | $90K–$120K + 13% BonusHigh-Speed Beverage Manufacturing EnvironmentStep into a high-impact maintenance leadership role within a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant, where uptime, efficiency, and equipment reliability are critical to success. You’ll take ownership of maintenance execution, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in keeping a fast-paced production environment operating at peak performance.We’re seeking candidates with experience in beverage or similar high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments (food, dairy, bottling, or packaging) who are comfortable working with complex, automated systems.Experience & Background- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)- High school diploma or GED required- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in beverage or high-speed food/CPG production environmentsTechnical & Problem-Solving Skills- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems- Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling- Experience in high-speed, automated production environments (beverage, dairy, bottling, or packaging preferred)- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutionsLeadership & Communication- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships- Effective communication skills- Self-directed with ability to prioritize and multitaskTools & Environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar)- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- Flexible to support a 24/7 operationCompensation & Benefits- Base salary: $90K–$120K + 13% bonus- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)- Flexible Time Off (FTO) – take time as needed with manager alignment- Wellness programs, life insurance, and career development opportunities
