ResponsibilitiesDevelopment skills in ServiceNow applications to support telecom IT operations and enterprise processes.Work closely with business analysts and Leads to translate telecom-specific requirements into ServiceNow solutions.Develop workflows, service catalogs, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations with other systems.Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom-specific extensions.Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.Support system upgrades, patches, and release management with minimal impact on telecom business services.Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues related to incidents, changes, and integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow aligns with telecom service assurance and provisioning needs.Prepare technical documentation, unit test plans, and support QA teams during testing cycles.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements and automation within ServiceNow.J-18808-Ljbffr
