Field Service Technician: On-site Commissioning & Repairs

What You'll Do * Lead on-site start-up, commissioning, and optimization of electrical and mechanical systems * Conduct detailed equipment checks and verify readiness for customer operations * Analyze and record system performance data to ensure peak efficiency * Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation * Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to meet project timelines * Provide clear and concise field reports and punch lists to support project closeout * Troubleshoot equipment issues and uphold high standards for quality and performance What We're Looking For * Engineering or technical background (degree preferred; equivalent experience considered) * 3+ years of field service experience with mechanical systems, electrical systems, and high-speed rotating equipment * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals * Experience with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with teams and customers * Strong problem-solving ability to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction * Willingness to travel extensively—up to 75%, including long-term domestic and international assignments * Preferred: Experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals If you're ready for a challenging, rewarding role with global impact, we'd love to hear from you!
