Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Work Authorization:USC & Green Card (GC/EAD) onlyWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and modernize enterprise applications that support complex business workflows and high-scale operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern technologies, architect scalable systems, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and enhance enterprise applications, dashboards, workflow management systems, reporting platforms, and web portals.Develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.Build responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems, including healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.Automate operational workflows to improve efficiency and system reliability.Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions and best engineering practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with:Java (Spring Boot)ReactJSPythonREST APIs & MicroservicesHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).Strong understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.Experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile development environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS or other cloud platforms.Experience in healthcare, biotech, life sciences, or genomics domains.Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integrations.
