Radiation Therapist

**Radiation Therapist - Palo Alto, CA**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a skilled Radiation Therapist to deliver precise, high-quality care in a fast-paced oncology setting. This role requires experience with **TrueBeam technology** .**Compensation****Pay: The anticipated wage for this position is between $93 and $95**Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.**Key Responsibilities**+ Deliver radiation therapy and perform simulations per treatment plans+ Educate patients, monitor responses, and ensure comfort and safety+ Maintain accurate treatment documentation and quality standards+ Perform equipment checks, calibration, and QA processes+ Support dosimetry and tumor localization as needed+ Collaborate with care teams to ensure accurate and efficient treatment delivery+ Provide guidance and support to team members**Qualifications**+ BLS (Basic Life Support)+ ARRT-RTT and CRT-T required+ Experience with Aria or Varian systems+ **Proficiency with TrueBeam technology**+ Strong understanding of radiation therapy procedures and patient positioning+ Ability to float between Palo Alto, Pleasanton, and South Bay locations**Education**Meets requirements through licensure/certification**Benefits**Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
