They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest.Responsibilities:Responsible for the Operations of the RestaurantResponsible for ensuring Manager's complete the Repair/Maintenance, cleanliness, presentation and insurance/liability claims of all "Customer Areas"-Parking Lot, Dining Room, Drive-Thru, Kitchen and Bathrooms.Regularly ensure team members are sweeping the parking lot and all areasSwiftly cleaning anything in need appropriatelyEnsuring all items in restrooms are fully functional and cleanEnsuring all Dining Room items (tables, chairs, condiment counter, trash bins) are fully functional and cleanEnsuring all foyers are clean and fully-functionalResponsible for ensuring Drive Thru Manager coaches the behaviors (attentiveness, courtesy, speed and accuracy) of all team members hosting or on register.
