They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest.Responsibilities:Responsible for the Operations of the RestaurantResponsible for ensuring Manager's complete the Repair/Maintenance, cleanliness, presentation and insurance/liability claims of all "Customer Areas"-Parking Lot, Dining Room, Drive-Thru, Kitchen and Bathrooms.Regularly ensure team members are sweeping the parking lot and all areasSwiftly cleaning anything in need appropriatelyEnsuring all items in restrooms are fully functional and cleanEnsuring all Dining Room items (tables, chairs, condiment counter, trash bins) are fully functional and cleanEnsuring all foyers are clean and fully-functionalResponsible for ensuring Drive Thru Manager coaches the behaviors (attentiveness, courtesy, speed and accuracy) of all team members hosting or on register. Those behaviors includeHustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service (Be Quick; Don't hurry) encourages team to push speed and accuracy simultaneouslyExecution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environmentDelivering Chick-fil-A's Recipe for ServiceCoach team members in the CORE 4 and how to prioritize the different tasks required of them Cash management best practicesEnsuring all FOH Manager's are coaching the behaviors of all Trainers and Team Members who work the Dining Room.Ensuring second mile service behaviors are being executedTable touch ins (refreshing beverages and clearing trays)Responsible for Kitchen manager is following Chick-fil-A procedures, food safety is top of mind, and speed of service is below 3:00.Handling customer questions/comments: being able to listen to customer comments, apologize and ask the appropriate follow up questions, solve the customer's problems, and thank the customer for the contact-with a genuine, gracious manner.Ensure Hospitality manager and Kitchen manager daily assign the hospitality and kitchen crew to positions, weekly schedule the best hospitality team members to available hours, and monthly either plan a team-building activity or present the hospitality team members with a token of thanks for work well done.Responsible for working with the Training Director to ensure eRQA's and Safe Daily Critical's are done dailyRequirements:Must have open availabilityMust have 5+ years of recent General Manager restaurant experienceAble to analyze the factors which drive a profit and loss statementAbility to lift up to 50lbs and stand for up to 10 hours at a timeMust have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportationServ Safe Certified (Preferred)Must be 18 years or olderAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbsBenefits:Sunday's off!Paid VacationHealth InsuranceGym MembershipBonusesFree FoodAccess to a large variety of discounts through Chick-fil-A partnershipsCollege tuition discounts and scholarship opportunitiesWorking at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
