This position includes tactical operational aspects as well as an understanding of file transfer protocols. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to a strong client experience. The candidate must be a team player and coordinate execution across multiple internal teams including Business Development, Implementations, Operations, and Technology. This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities:Understand customer needs, business drivers and service requirementsAct as a client liaison for Archer Technology and external vendorsParticipate in regular client meetings/calls with project updates, ongoing status, and platform release detailsParticipate in new products/service implementation projectsCoordinate with external vendors to write service orders and project requests to submit to Archer TechnologyWork to establish FTP connectionsReview file formats to create standardized file mappingsPosition Requirements/Desired Skills:BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferredMust have at least 5-10 years of experience in a related financial services role(s)Strong verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAnalytical ability and technical aptitudeA team player, who can also effectively operate independently as the situation dictatesWe are an equal-opportunity employer
