The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance areas, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney looking to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters.Work on warehouse financingasset-based lending, and related structured transactions.Represent financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders in these complex finance transactions.Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team on large-scale, multi-faceted deals.QualificationsEducation: J.D. from a top-tier law school.Experience: 4-8 years of experience in structured financesecuritization, and asset-backed securities transactions.Skills: Strong academic credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
