Ability to become solder certified Effective communication and teamwork Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team A passion for learning/knowledge Skills Preferred: Experienced in Electronic Assembly 3+ years IPC-610/620 Certifications Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017 Solder Ref low experience Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience
