*Position Overview* Are you looking for a stable, first-shift career in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented *Assembler* to join our team in Irving. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and calibrating high-quality mechanical and electrical components. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to work in a regulated, quality-driven facility with a great Monday-through-Friday schedule. *What You’ll Be Doing:*

• *Precision Assembly:* Build instruments and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• *Testing & Calibration:* Perform critical verification and testing to ensure every product is accurate and reliable.
• *Quality Inspection:* Inspect finished units to ensure they meet strict *FDA and ISO quality standards*.
• *Documentation:* Accurately track material usage, traceability, and production work in accordance with *cGMP* requirements.
• *Troubleshooting:* Identify and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to maintain production flow.
• *Compliance:* Follow all *SOPs* and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to ensure safety and excellence.
• *Site Maintenance:* Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workstation.

*What We’re Looking For:*

• *Technical Skills:* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
• *Tool Proficiency:* Skilled with screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, and measuring devices.
• *Physical Ability:* Must be able to lift *50 lbs or more* as needed throughout the shift.
• *Experience (Preferred):* Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, ISO, or GMP) is a huge plus.
• *Core Skills:* Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and high attention to detail.
• *Reliability:* A track record of *excellent attendance* and a "quality-first" mindset.
