Fabricator/MIG Welder

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/MIG Welder to join our production team in Mooresville, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong plate and tube welding experience and work effectively within a small team environment. This role demands attention to detail, a positive attitude, and dependability to help meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal products according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications in a production environmentApply principles of assembling, welding, and fabricatingRead and interpret paper blueprints and dimensional drawingsOperate welding and general shop equipment safely and efficientlyInspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper functioningConduct quality control checks to ensure product integrityMaintain a clean, safe work area following all safety protocolsCollaborate within a small team (2-5 members) to meet production deadlinesAssist in developing and improving welding techniques and processesTroubleshoot and resolve welding or equipment issuesPerform other related tasks to support operations as needed Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of MIG welding experienceStrong ability to read and interpret dimensional drawingsPositive attitude, attention to detail, good work ethic, and dependabilityAbility to multitask effectivelyGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and adaptBasic math skills Preferred QualificationsFabrication apprenticeship or equivalent training at a trade, technical school, or military training
