SPIN is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide early intervention services to children from birth to five years old with developmental delays.Contractors will provide services in SPIN centers, homes, daycare programs, and community settings throughout Philadelphia and Bucks County. The early yearsfrom birth to age fiveare the most critical for developmental growth, and SPIN is committed to supporting children and families during this vital stage.Role OverviewOTs and SLPs are instrumental in supporting children's developmental, communication, social, emotional, and physical growth. Contractors deliver evidence-based, family-centered interventions and work collaboratively with families, caregivers, classroom staff, and multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assessment and intervention services for children ages birth to 5Work directly with families, caregivers, and classroom staff to implement evidence-based interventionsSupport families and educators in developing skills to promote children's success in everyday routinesFollow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for infants and toddlers and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for children ages 35Coach and model strategies for caregivers and classroom teams to ensure carryover into daily activitiesCollect data, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes with the multidisciplinary teamEnsure families and caregivers are active, engaged participants throughout the early intervention processRequirementsFor Occupational Therapists (OT):Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy licenseGraduate degree or higher in Occupational TherapyFor Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP):Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology licenseFor All Contractors:Strong clinical and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsCommitment to supporting children and families
