Part-Time, 20 hours per week with an established schedule that works best for you but we ask for 4 days per week between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities
· Material management:
o Check and maintain a sufficient inventory to ensure production runs smoothly
o Research and identify the best supply sources
o Issue purchase orders to vendors
o Expedite purchase orders as needed to ensure timely delivery meeting production needs
o Receive material, perform quality inspection and enter receipt in computer
o Deliver materials to appropriate bins or shelves for production use
· Prepare outgoing sales orders
o Pull sales orders received from customer service
o Assemble parts needed to ship out sales order
o Enter work tickets into computer
· Pack outgoing sales orders for shipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and large size packages
· Process shipment paperwork
o Identify best shipment method
o Enter shipment information in computer
o Prepare all packages for shipping company pick up
· Manage Product Try-Me Program
· Light assembly of products as needed
Qualifications / Experience Needed
· High school diploma or GED certificate
· Strong computer skills. Knowledge of SAGE50 a plus.
· Purchasing experience
· Inventory control
· Shipping and receiving
· Experience in manufacturing environment with light assembly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
