Senior Scriptwriter (Vertical Shorts) — Fully Remote

WEB 3 Productions is looking for a Senior Scriptwriter to develop and write compelling scripts for short-form vertical video. If you can take a rough concept and turn it into a tight, scroll-stopping script, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time role, open to candidates worldwide. Based in Dubai? You're welcome to work from our office. What you'll do: • Develop raw ideas and concepts into fully realized scripts for vertical short-form content • Craft punchy, engaging narratives optimized for short attention spans and mobile-first viewing • Collaborate with creative and production teams to bring stories to life • Iterate quickly based on performance insights and creative feedback • Maintain a strong, consistent voice across a high volume of content What we're looking for: • Senior-level experience writing scripts, ideally for short-form or social video • A proven ability to flesh out loose ideas into structured, ready-to-shoot scripts • Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and storytelling that holds attention • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote setup • A portfolio or reel of produced work The details: • Full-time employee • Fully remote — open to applicants worldwide • Dubai-based candidates have the option to work from our office • Competitive compensation (details discussed during the process) How to apply: Send your resume and portfolio/writing samples to Julie@web3productions.com.
