Through innovative programming and a tech-driven approach, we help foster youth build confidence, community, and futures full of potential.Role Description:Living Advantage, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PR/MarketingAssistant to support our outreach, fundraising, and media efforts. This role involvesadministrative tasks, media relations, donor outreach, event coordination, and socialmedia support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, multitasker, andpassionate about making an impact.Job Responsibilities: Administrative & Outreach Support: Make and receive phone calls for media outreach, donor follow-ups, and event coordination.Manage calendars, scheduling, and venue bookings for events and meetings.Prepare and distribute tax receipts, corporate sponsorship packages, brochures, flyers, and address labels.Maintain contact lists, databases, and outreach records (Salesforce and Excel)Assist with reports, presentations, and sponsorship proposals.PR & Marketing Support:Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and social media content.Help develop public service announcements (PSAs) to increase contributions.Assist in media outreach, pitching stories, and coordinating interviews.Support event planning, fundraising efforts, and community outreach.Social Media & Digital Engagement:Schedule and monitor posts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Assist in website updates (Wix) and marketing materials (Canva).Track engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.Qualifications:Associate Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English or IT.MUST HAVE reliable transportation1-2 years of experience in PR, marketing, admin, or event coordination.Strong phone communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Wix and Web DesignStrong phone etiquette.Schedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Commute:Los Angeles, CA 90007 (Required)Work Location: In personJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:Paid time off
