Part-time Office Coordinator

DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly day to day. This role is all about creating an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming environment, while supporting our team and leadership with a variety of coordination and administrative needs. This is a part-time position (20–25 hours per week) based in our Idaho Falls, ID office.Typical Job DutiesMaintain a clean, organized office and common areasServe as the primary point of contact for office-related questions and greet visitors Order and manage office and breakroom suppliesHandle mail, packages, and basic shipping needsOrder, maintain, and track company swag inventory (e.g., branded items, gifts) and coordinate vendor ordersCoordinate employee programs (birthdays, anniversaries)Schedule and support meetings, lunches, and small eventsAssist with new hire workspace setup and Day 1 readinessOwn and coordinate office maintenance requests (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.) with vendors/building managementSupport general office cleanliness and upkeep as needed to maintain a professional and organized environmentOwn tracking of office expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely invoice submission to FinanceCommunicate general office updates to employeesProvide light administrative support to leadership as neededPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedRequirementsQualificationsStrong organization and attention to detailDependable with consistent in-office presenceAbility to manage routine tasks and follow throughStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to proactively identify areas for improvement and take actionComfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or similar systemsPrior administrative or office support experience preferredExperience coordinating small events or office programs is a plusPhysical & Practical RequirementsAbility to lift and move light packages (up to ~25 lbs)Comfortable being on your feet periodically throughout the day
