We are looking for caring, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated multidisciplinary teams and help residents live well in later life.About The RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing. Working closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding standards of care and clinical practice.This post is initially based at our Vi and John Rubens House, Nursing Home, currently in Ilford, IG2 6JH — Moving to our new Sugar Family Care Home set to open in early summer 2026 (IG4 5LN).You WillAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred careMonitor residents’ health and wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in conditionSafely administer and manage medication in line with NMC and regulatory guidelinesLead, support, and motivate care teams during shiftsMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationPromote safeguarding, dignity, and high-quality care standardsSupport and develop colleagues through guidance, supervision, and trainingWork collaboratively with families and external healthcare professionalsAbout YouWe are looking for compassionate and professional nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.You Will HaveCurrent NMC registration as an RGN or RMNA Nursing degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)At least 1 year’s nursing experience in a care or clinical settingExperience leading or supporting care teamsExperience administering medication and maintaining accurate recordsStrong communication and organisational skillsA positive, flexible, and team-focused approachExperience working with older people and individuals living with dementia is desirable.What We OfferA supportive and values-driven working environmentOpportunities for training, learning, and career developmentThe chance to work within a highly respected care organisationMeaningful work where you can make a genuine impact every dayWorking PatternThis role works an average of 40.25 hours per week on a rota basis:Week 1: 4 shiftsWeek 2: 3 shiftsShifts Are7:45am – 8:15pm (12.5 hour shifts including breaks)11.5 hours paid due to 15-minute handover meetingsIf you are committed to delivering outstanding care and want to be part of a compassionate and professional nursing team, we would love to hear from you.Jewish Care is the largest provider of health and social care services for the Jewish community in the UK.
