We are currently seeking a Senior BCBA Case Supervisor (5+ years post certification) to manage a caseload of 7-13. This individual would also assist in training interns as well as assissting newly certified BCBAs. We are looking for someone that is capable of carrying a diverse caseload, including some early learners through adulthood.

Responsibilities
Oversee 7-13 cases depending on amount of RBT hours
28 billable hour expectation
Create monthly schedule for yourself using NPA/ CodeMetro/ Ensora
Oversee RBT's and their provision of ABA ensuring a minimum of 2 contacts per month
Overlap with new staff on cases to ensure quality programming
Adjust schedule to accomodate case needs
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Write bi-annual progress reports
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and funding guidelines
Promote skill acquisition and behavior support for adult clients in home and community settings
Attend team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification with 5 + years experience post certification
Experience working with a variety of learners and environments.
Availability for afternoon and evening hours (exact times flexible)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
