That means high standards, sharp uniforms, and crews that take pride in the work.What You’ll Actually Do • Deep-clean newly built and renovated homes top-to-bottom, front-to-back • Remove drywall dust, paint overspray, adhesive residue, grout haze, and stickers from every surface imaginable • Detail kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets (inside and out), fixtures, baseboards, and floors • Clean windows, frames, sills, and tracks • Move through our 3-phase process: Rough → Final/Detail → Touch-Up • Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to workWhat We’re Looking For • Hard worker with attention to detail — if you walk past a smudge, this isn’t the job for you • Reliable. If you say you’ll be there at 7am, you’re there at 6:55 • Physically capable — you’ll be on your feet, lifting, climbing ladders, and working in dusty environments • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation to job sites across the Phoenix metro • Cleaning experience is a plus, not a requirement — we’ll train the right person • Must pass a background check • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonusWhat You Get • $18.50–$23.50/hr based on experience • W-2 employee — not 1099, not “contractor” games.
