Webcast Producer
Location: Onsite in Rahway, NJType: Ongoing contract opportunityCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourOur inhouse agency at a pharmaceutical client is looking for a Webcast Producer to come onboard their team. This role requires some who possess expertise in webcast pre-production, production, and post-production which includes setup and operation of all video, audio and webcast equipment.Responsibilities:Support all in person and remote webcasts from pre-production, production and post-production.Provide direction regarding scheduling and location staffing at a given site or off-site venue - Ensure that the assigned webcast is appropriately staffed, has sufficient technical resources in place and is error free.Set up and operate video and audio production equipment, including operation of Notified/BrandLive platforms.Complete all post-production prior to leaving site to ensure rapid turnaround time of deliverable.Act as both the main client contact and technical contact for all webcasts assigned.Lead the webcast event team in performing video production (camera operation, technical directing, video playback, switching), audio production (microphone, teleconference, multi-language feeds etc.), floor manager, encoding support and any additional production requirements based on project requirements.Coordinate the receipt and distribution of the presentation slide deck as required for the event.Troubleshoot and implement new software and upgrades into production environment.Troubleshoot and provide minor repairs when needed.Train and participate in training with webcast team members on new process, equipment, etc. on an as needed basis.Travel to other sites in NJ & PA and possible domestic and international destinations as needed to support webcasts.Any other special projects, duties deemed necessary by supervisor or Manager.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Video/Film Production or related field.3+ years in Video Production or Webcasting environment.Command of modern webcasting production and streaming video equipment, software and processes.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
