This role also requires a stable, committed work history - no more than two employers in the last five years is a firm expectation.What you will be doingPerforming electromechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of industrial manufacturing equipmentWorking with AC and DC drives to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issuesWorking with PLCs in support of automated equipment maintenance and troubleshootingWorking a 5-day, 12-hour rotating shift schedule including Saturdays as neededTraveling approximately two days every other month as operational needs require What we are looking for Electromechanical or related degree - or equivalent hands-on maintenance experiencePLC experience - troubleshooting and basic programming familiarity requiredAC and DC drive experience requiredFull commitment to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule including occasional SaturdaysStable work history - no more than two employers in the last five years is a firm requirementStrong collaborative instincts - this team counts on each other and culture fit matters hereU.S. citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the Greater Green Bay area
