We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented U-Card Business Development professional to support the expansion of our U-Card business through channel partnerships, partner management, and market growth initiatives.This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Web3, payments, or fintech and are eager to build a career in business development, channel partnerships, and ecosystem growth. You will have the opportunity to participate in partner network development, business expansion, and go-to-market execution while gaining hands-on industry experience.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development & Partnership SupportAssist in identifying, developing, and maintaining channel partners, including:Online channels: KOLs, communities, affiliate marketing, content partnershipsOffline channels: merchants, local promotion teams, community-based networksSupport communication and follow-up with potential partners to facilitate collaborations.Coordinate partnership onboarding processes and maintain partner relationships.Assist with marketing campaigns, channel activities, and promotional initiatives.Agent & Partner Operations SupportSupport the implementation of partner policies, incentive structures, and operational processes.Help partners understand product features, workflows, and revenue models.Track basic partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports.Assist in improving operational workflows and partner collaboration efficiency.Market Research & Cross-Functional CollaborationMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Work closely with product, operations, and risk teams to collect market feedback.Support business growth initiatives and day-to-day BD operations.Adapt quickly and maintain strong execution in a fast-changing market environment.QualificationsPreferred Background (One or More of the Following)Interest or experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or payment industries.Previous experience in sales, business development, customer support, or channel operations is a plus.Experience in campus entrepreneurship, community operations, or offline promotion is preferred.Familiarity with overseas markets, cross-border business, or English communication is a plus.RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Fast learner with a strong interest in Web3 and payment products.Self-motivated with strong execution and result-oriented mindset.Comfortable working in remote and fast-paced environments.Basic English communication skills preferred.Nice to HaveInternship or entry-level experience in BD, partnerships, or community growth.Familiarity with Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, or Web3 community ecosystems.Exposure to cross-border business or overseas user acquisition.Experience using payment, card, or crypto-related products.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesStructured learning and career growth opportunitiesInternational team collaboration and cross-regional exposureFlexible remote working environmentOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling business platform
