Social Media Manangement Intern

Summer Social Media Intern (Unpaid, College Credit Eligible)Sunrise Social is a boutique social media agency working with brands in healthcare, lifestyle, and local businesses. We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Summer Intern who wants real, hands-on experience managing and creating content for active client accounts. This is not a “sit back and watch” internship. You’ll be involved in the actual day-to-day of running social media.What You’ll Do:• Assist with content creation (Reels, TikToks, graphics, captions)• Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas weekly• Help plan and organize content calendars• Support content shoots (as needed)• Engage with audiences (comments, DMs, story interactions)• Brainstorm creative concepts for client accounts• Help with basic analytics tracking + reportingWhat We’re Looking For:• Someone who lives on Instagram & TikTok and understands trends• Strong eye for aesthetics + attention to detail• Comfortable filming, editing, and being creative• Organized, reliable, and communicates well• Self-starter who takes initiative• Interest in social media, marketing, or content creationWhat You’ll Get:• Hands-on experience managing real client accounts• Insight into running a social media business• Creative freedom to bring your ideas to life• Mentorship + real feedback• A strong portfolio by the end of the internshipDetails:• Summer 2026 (start date flexible)• Hybrid (Charlotte or Atlanta-based preferred, open to remote)• Unpaid — college credit available
