In this role, you will:Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocolsPerform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditionsCollaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational successSupport wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services (at select locations)Share in light supervisory responsibilities of support staffRequirementsLicensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required)Current DEA registration (required)At least 1 year of clinical practice experiencePrior management or supervisory experience preferredAvailability during clinic hours (see schedule below) and 2 Saturdays per month (incentivized pay)Hours of OperationMonday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PMThursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (required 2 per month; additional pay provided)Average 40–41 hours per weekTraining2 full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training, Monday–FridayCompensationBase Salary: $135,000 Saturday Incentive Pay: $400 per required Saturday (2 per month) = approximately $10,400 annuallyRVU Opportunity: Up to 4,900 RVUs available based on KPI achievementTotal Estimated Compensation: $145,400+ annually, based on schedule and performance.
