If this sounds like you, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.JOB DESCRIPTION Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Vision Execution & Alignment Translate Visionary goals into clear plans and measurable priorities Drive alignment with the V/TO, 1-Year Plan, and Quarterly Rocks Ensure consistent execution across law firm and title agency operations Accountability & Leadership Management Own firm-wide accountability, role clarity, and performance Ensure Right People/Right Seats and lead department heads to outcomes Serve as the primary day-to-day operational decision-maker End-to-End Workflow Oversight Oversee closing lifecycle from intake through post-closing for speed and accuracy Set and enforce service standards for responsiveness and deadlines Legal & Title Operations Oversight Standardize workflows, checkpoints, and escalation procedures Align staffing with volume, workload, and deadlines Ensure quality control for title production, closing packages, and post-closing Client Experience & Service Excellence Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and referral partners Resolve escalations quickly and improve communication standards Process Documentation & Standardization (Firm-Wide) Build and enforce SOPs, checklists, and training resources Audit compliance and improve workflows using performance data HR Leadership & Compliance Responsibilities Maintain compliant, audit-ready HR systems and documentation Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training Oversee performance management, corrective action, and terminations Payroll, Benefits & 401(k) Oversight Ensure accurate payroll, PTO tracking, and incentive processing Manage benefits administration and 401(k) coordination/compliance Software, Systems & Technology Leadership Research, select and lead system rollouts, upgrades, training, and adoption Manage vendors and ensure tools support workflow and compliance Office Administration & Vendor Management Oversee office operations, space needs, and vendor relationships Drive cost control, service quality, and operational continuity Compliance, Risk Management & Financial Oversight Ensure compliance with underwriter, escrow/trust, and data security standards Reduce risk through controls, training, and consistent process enforcement Track KPIs and improve profitability through efficiency and error reductionQUALIFICATIONS Required Skills and Abilities: Proven operational leadership in a real estate law firm and/or title agency Successful track record scaling operations and improving compliance readiness Strong process documentation and enforcement capabilities Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills Experience in HR, payroll and benefits administration and compliance High technological literacy, including use of AI to drive efficiencies Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proficient utilizing title production, case management and project management software Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated EOS Integrator experience and mastery of EOS tools strongly preferredEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, real estate, accounting or related field required Master’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years’ progressive operations leadership experience Minimum 3 years’ overseeing operations in a real estate law firm and/or title agencyPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, typing on a keyboard, and viewing computer monitor(s) Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Overtime required, particularly during project closingsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive base compensation plus bonuses Paid time off, earned in first year Six paid holidays, plus two floating holidays per year Medical and dental insurance at low monthly premiums Short-term disability insurance, 100% employer paid 401(k) plan with company match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discounts on legal and title services
