Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include operating coffee-making equipment, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers. The role may also involve assisting with food preparation and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong Barista skills, including operation of coffee equipment and preparation of high-quality beveragesCustomer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive experience and resolve customer inquiriesInterpersonal skills for creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers and teammatesBasic Food Preparation skills to assist with the preparation of simple menu itemsAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of coffee blends and brewing methods is a plusPrior experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is preferred
