This role oversees project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while working closely with field leadership, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and direct construction activities in collaboration with superintendents and foremen.Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance expectations in accordance with company policies and contract requirements.Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.Identify and resolve construction challenges and implement corrective actions when necessary.Participate in project meetings and represent the company in discussions with customers and project stakeholders.Manage the financial performance of projects, including cost tracking, forecasting, and contract compliance.Review construction plans and specifications and communicate requirements to project teams.Prepare and present reports related to project status, schedules, and costs.Coordinate workforce assignments with field leadership to support project staffing needs.Qualifications10+ years of mechanical construction experience5 years Project Management experienceExperience managing construction projects or mechanical trade scopesAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsStrong organizational and project management skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesValid driver’s licenseProficiency with Microsoft OfficeCore CompetenciesProject ManagementCommunicationLeadershipTrade KnowledgeProblem SolvingTeam CollaborationPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, climb, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds occasionally.Ability to work on construction sites and review project conditions.Equal Opportunity EmployerThe organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
