Role OverviewWe are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfillment activities.Contract duration - 3 month with possible extensionPay rate $27-29/hr Work EnvironmentOn-site warehouse support roleMay require occasional off-hours support for operational incidentsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operationsInstall and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devicesMaintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilitiesCoordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendorsManage IT asset inventory and device setup for new usersWork with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements
