We believe in working together with our customers to overcome any challenge.We are currently hiring a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Senior Civil Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for providing civil structural design expertise for major clients, leading projects and teams, and managing client relationships. You will work alongside our leadership team, demonstrating your in-depth understanding of civil structural engineering across varying markets.Key Responsibilities include:Leading civil structural engineering design across various market sectorsLeading the detailed civil structural design of transmission and substation projectsManaging relationships with assigned clientsLeading project teamsManaging deliverables and the workload of team members to adhere to deadlines and budgetResponding to RFP and changing order requestsMinimum qualifications for the role include:Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Civil Structural EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer preferred10 years of cumulative experienceExperience in engineering foundations, structures, and metal buildingsExpert knowledge of engineering standards, including NESC, IEEE, ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE, and ASTMStrong written and verbal communication skills and being fluent in the English languageExpert-level knowledge of industry software such as (MFAD, LPILE, STADD, RISA, AutoCAD & MicroStation, etc.).Asplundh Engineering teams work across a broad range of markets including investor-owned and municipal utilities, independent power producers, renewable energy, and large commercial and industrial customers.
