Also 401K planDaytime hours - no nightsSolid training systemGrowth opportunitiesAble to make more than $15/hour (some cleaners make $20+/hour)Basic job description:Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectationsAverage day is 15 to 20 storefronts.Maintain equipmentDrive and maintain your own vehicleMeet in Matawan several days per weekBasic requirements:Be an early riserHave your own cell phoneBasic organizational skillsAttend office and safety meetingsHandle outdoor weatherStand on feet all day and use laddersHave your own vehicle in good & clean conditionCompensation:Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)Average weekly pay is $400-$500 (Some cleaners make more)Paid bi-weeklyExtra periodic bonuses!All uniforms and equipment are supplied! (on loan to you)You need to have:A good attitudeAbility to climb high laddersClean record and drug-free (we have drug testing)Team spiritPhysical requirements:Able to stand on feet for long periods of time Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
